Wait a second... this looks like the owner of kazaa suing over the distribution of kazaa lite... which doesn't generate ad revenue/spyware revenue.

If you do a search where the results are restricted, there's a link at the bottom where you can see the letter(s) that resulted in the restricted sites, which in turn list said restricted sites by address. Google is only removing sites that are specifically named on the DMCA notice.

 
Using the DMCA and copyright law to protect a product used for infringing copyright and distributing DeCSS'd DVDs (in violation of the DMCA). Classic.

b) scroll to the bottom of the google search page for 'kazaa lite'
