None of that addresses the fucknuts that would assault her.

So I'm sure all the other women out there are just lining up to thank you for what you've done... for the one person that directly affects you on an emotional level.

Heroic.

How do you propose to address those fucknuts? Neuter the boys when they hit 13?

I’ll have to give my girls a similar talk sadly. My son on the other hand I’ll be telling that he needs to say something if he sees a friend not taking no for answer.

Yes, it is sad. Unfortunately it’s not anything new. I remember getting the son talk back in the late 60s.

Funny....
NOW it's up to Trump and his court to fulfill his agenda. His promises on the campaign trail.
And now they have Kavanaugh to do his part.
Sadly, Trump will no doubt get his chance to appoint still another justice. Ruth Bader Ginsburg looked like death warmed over Monday afternoon.

The funny thing, be careful what you wish for, republicans.
I'd wager banning abortion will come back to bite many of those republicans in the butt.
Overturning Roe vs Wade looks good on paper, but as settled law many republican women will find it hard to swallow. When they need one, the old closet hanger will be their only option.
And when their little boy knocks up the next door teenager, the only option from that girls parents will be legal action against the boy. After all, his chance to follow in Kavanaugh steps were just flushed down the toilet. Oh the scandal.

Oh yeah...
Trump's court will do a lot of things that look great on paper and for the far right religious conservatives, but as settled law? That will be the pisser for republicans.
They "though"t they were making America great again, but in reality for them maybe that old system wasn't so bad after all. It's not like only democrats ever need a safe legal abortion, or no republican children ever turn out gay, or that republican men and women never get cancer from pollution and poisoned waters. And it's not like republican families are never washed away in floods or ripped apart in tornadoes. I.e. weather and climate change.

I don't think most republicans want any different than most democrats.
It's just with republicans, they don't realize they are up shet creek until it's too late to do anything about it.

You should also tell him to be careful about false claims from women.
Why? All the Senators voting for Kavanaugh certainly pretended he was innocent, right, or are you honest enough to understand they voted for him in ignorance and didn't care? Anyway, thanks for another nail in the coffin of our once great nation.

Ex girlfriend(5+years) had an experience before I met her. She was upfront about it about 3rd date in and assured me that it no longer had an impact on her life... wrong, wishful thinking on her part.

Innocent until proven guilty.

Thanks for supporting smearing an innocent family in the pigsty that the democratic party has become.

I feel sorry for your girlfriend. This has nothing to do with her.

You are comparing apples to oranges. To conflate the two is not a good thing. Just because your life sucks does not make another man guilty. If you cannot see this, that is a problem within yourself.

It gives me unique perspective into why someone like Ford has not come forward earlier and it has given me motivation into studying why these victims act as they do. Holy shit, you should do the same, study, in the wake of metoo how can anyone not.

You know, maybe it was my fault, why did I wear that dress, did I lead him on? What will this do to my career, I cant work in this part of the country again, I have no proof, what will my friends think of me?...... This shit goes on indefinitely in the mind of the victim.

.....So help me god, do not put me in a room with a motherfucker.... please do not.

No family was smeared. The actions of a man were called into question and he appears to have lied repeatedly about his behavior during his high school and college years. However the GOP was not interested in the truth and pushed forward anyway.

So just because you understand the life and trials of someone that was raped, everybody that is accused of molesting is guilty even in the face of no witnesses or any evidence whatsoever. That is some stretch. And you call me fucked up.

Maybe one day you will be the proud recipient of a false accusation. Then you can really show your support. Maybe you could even quit your career and confess the crime even though you didn't do it. That would really help the cause.

The truth was already known.
He is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. There was no evidence to support her claims. The people she claimed were present don't back her story, not even her best friend.

I feel sorry for her. I do think she was compromised at some point in her life which is sad. It is even sadder that the democrats screwed her too by dragging her into the light by leaking to the press. Her lawyers screwed her again by telling lies (she cannot fly and withholding the fact that the Senate would have come to her for a statement). She wanted to remain in the shadows but no the democrats did this to her.

He "appeared" to have lied? What does that even mean? You think he "May Have" not been totally honest about how much he drank. What you are calling lies are just subjective opinions about how much beer he drank. Most normal people don't give a rats ass how much beer he drank in High School or College.

The democrats were not interested in the truth. They only wanted to drag this out past the election in hopes of preventing his appointment. And it blew up in their collective faces and I am glad of it.

Keep on melting dude.

Selective memory?

What about his purgery under oath?

What about Debbie Ramirez and multiple witnesses to that account?

Not that you care.. you just wanna say you won, we lost. But on what exactly? Nothing has passed the house, senate except tax cuts for the rich?

And last I checked.. judges are incredibly corrupt.. just take any family court.. they ignore evidence and just decide cases on whims. I thought SCOTUS would have a higher bar but nope.. more of the same.
