In his opening statement Kavanaugh gave us all the evidence anybody needs to realize he's not suitable to serve on the SCOTUS. His character is deeply flawed.

Somebody leaked the letter to The Intercept. It was either Ford/Feinstein or it was stolen. Somebody is lying or a crime was committed.

There are a dozen reasons how word of it could have gotten out, all I know is that the Intercept (no Feinstein fan) says they didn't get it from her. There is literally zero evidence that it came from her and in fact all evidence indicates otherwise. It doesn't make sense to think it was her unless other evidence emerges.

This is a trashing of the Supreme Court, to put someone like Kavanaugh there. The GOP is effectively saying "we don't value this institution as anything other than a means of expanding our power.
