He's crying because he's been caught and his career is over not because he's been falsely accused. Its why he's crying about his calendar that contradicts his earlier testimony about being a "good boy".

But what is your justification for saying "he's toast". Regardless of his emotion, crying, what not what makes you think this will halt having a vote for him tomorrow?

I think the reason people believe he's toast is that Ford's testimony this morning was incredibly powerful. I think few people now doubt she's telling the truth.

As for whether or not he's actually toast because of this, I feel it's likely but far from certain. There's a decent chance that Republicans believe Ford and confirm Kavanaugh anyway because...well... I doubt they actually give a shit if he's a sex offender or not.
