Graham: It's so close to the election how dare the democrats try and politicize this ram rodded and forced nomination !!!!!
Mitch McConnell in 2016: Well um uh....we can't dare now try and sit a democratic president's nomination this close to an election.

Go pound sand Lindsay.

Whoosh!
The point was that Ford had the opportunity to be interviewed one on one at her house in CA and refused.

She didn't refuse...her lawyers may not have even considered that option for her. That said, I don't think she should agree to an interview by staffers, only a professional, non-partisan investigator.

I wonder if the Rs are going to stick to Mitchell asking the questions for Kavanaugh. I kinda doubt it now.

I don't watch Fox News, but is it true that other hosts (not just Wallace) said the nomination should be withdrawn before the vote?? They are saying this directly to Trump???

Yeah, Mitchell obviously believed her. I wish she was questioning kavanaugh now.

wait, the dipshit octogenarian WASPS get to hide behind a female prosecutor when questioning the actual female victim, but are allowed to come out of hiding so that they can feather dust their anointed golden boy as they flail about casting him as the victim through the rest of the day?

I hope the public is actually paying attention.

I thought I saw she was going to question both but the posts here make me wonder if I misunderstood.

That was the plan but the senators aren't required to yield their time. If they think this is going down the drain and the Ds are slashing at Kavanaugh I've got to suspect that some will want to hit back.

I may be mistaken, thought I read that, and at any rate I can’t imagine they’d want someone who’s actually going to question him to get their own time to speak. Hopefully I’m wrong.

Why surprise?

I was surprised because it was a known fact that she (Ford) really didn't want to be there. In the beginning, she visually appeared very nervous and thought the stress could very well break her down. I thought she recovered from the nervousness and answered the questions asked believably

So you thought her showing anxiety would make her testimony less credible?
