Of victims assaulted by more than one assailant, 38.9% did not have any evidence of bodily trauma (includes both genital and non-genital injuries).

If intellectual honesty truly matters to you, I suggest you revise your post.

Didn’t say beatings. If you were paying attention to what I wrote or read the article I linked, you wpuld discover that internal injuries such as irreparable genital injuries often occur during gang rapes, even when the victim is drunk or sedated.

Don’t need to revise anything as your post doesn’t contradict what I wrote. 38.9% did not have evidence of trauma. The statistic I’ve consistently heard is 50% to 60% of gang rape victims have physical trauma, which means Kavanaugh and company would have at least one in their wake.

Fair points all. 60% is not “almost always” per my original post. It is not “almost always”. It is 60% if the time, and I will let all of you label that frequency by however you see fit. I will say that 60% is not insignificant.

Given the claims against Kavanaugh, at 60% probability, there is a high likelihood of there being at least one victim with injuries sufficient to attract the attention of a parent, school nurse or physician.
