That being said, the KCAs are the most brilliant idea in marketing I have ever seen.

From what I remember seeing in the video, she really looked straight down into the box. If I was half expecting something like that, I'd look from the side. Maybe she just forgot they do that, but it seemed like a complete surprise to her.
