The reason I left KIS although I have a 3 user license valid for 2 years (until Feb 2014) is everytime I post a legit question in a respectful manner such as "When will KIS addons be compatible with Firefox 12 now it is around the corner" it would get deleted automatically by the moderator richbuff. He is a very unprofessional person and Kaspersky are responsible because that is the official Kaspersky Lab Support forum. He has deleted over 10 of my threads in the past 2 months and I am sick of him and hi unproffesionalism!

I made an official complaint to Kaspersky and filed a refund request with Avangate..

just wanted to let you know or warn you if you were intending to buy any of Kaspersky's products!

My complain #:
313897304

Message to Kaspersky:

I have contacted Avangate for a refund of 2 of my KIS license (one of them is a 2 year / 3 user license) because the moderator "richbuff" on the Kaspersky Lab forums has deleted over 10 of my threads in the past 2 months. All of them were legit questions in a respctful manner. If this is the way Kaspersky deals with complaints on an online forum, by deleting threads that the moderator(s) don"t like (although I still don" understand why because my questions were reasonable or small problems like the Firefox Addon compatibility lately) then I don"t want to ever deal with Kaspersky in the future again! And please don"t tell me that he is not a Kaspersky staff. HE IS! if he was given the access to delete threads on the official Kaspersky Lab Forums, then YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for his unprofessional behavior! I will post this on every forum I know

Now the Admin of the Kaspersky Boards is telling me to relax and take a deep breathe! LOL How sad!

berryracer AKA Matrix Leader:
Hi don, could you kindly confirm whether or not you got my PM about the complaint of moderators deleting threads without warning or reason?
===================================================
Yes, i got it. This one was PM'ed to me less than 15 minutes after the first one............take a deep breath and relax, we can't be online all the time. Spam posting everyone in the forum will not help you.

The answer is quite easy, threads are made invisible in every forum on the net and i know for a fact you have been moderated elsewhere too. So i'm not sure what it is you're complaining about except perhaps slightly hurt feelings as if you're always right when you post or always...............well i've got news for you: If you post a thread where you post the exact same as you have done over and over like the ad add-ons issue in which you even admit there probably isn't much Kaspersky can do because of how FF now pushes things out....in other words proposes a solution to an issue which does not adhere to the boundaries of reality or post a thread where you in a very negative way berate a vendor then don't be surprised if you get moderated, particularly when you have a tendency to become extremely agitated and start ranting when this happens.

So basicly you're complaining about us and also in the same breath saying you're leaving....so what do you want done, moderation will always be in forums thats why they call it moderators.

Good luck to you, i wish you well and suggest that maybe you should stick to you own forum because you bound to get hurt feelings again with the way you go about things in general from what i have seen of you and i've done this for many years.

didn't mean to bug you quickly about receiving my message, I did that because the first time I sent the PM I typed your name manually as richbuff gave it to me. Then I saw your username in the KIS forums so I just wanted to make sure that I sent it right the first time. not in a hurry for anything as there's nothing to be done anymore here.

I see your point about threads/posts needing to be moderated. Offcourse they do. but:

1) I posted a simple question maybe someone internally knows when the addons will be compatible with Firefox 12 since it's just around the next corner so no harm in asking. You know like we had the thread for the H Patch in the past and everyone knew approximately when it would be released, it was a simple question that I asked

2) I did not violate any rules by posting that thread, it was respectful, no bashing or anything and I clearly said I know this is not Kaspersky's fault, just wishing that there was more collaboration between Kaspersky and Mozilla with these updates

3) I did not receive a warning or a notice by the moderator who locked it which you would normally get in other forums to notify you that you are either posting something wrong or inappropriate

4) If that thread was going nowhere, the moderator could have easily locked it with a message saying this is out of the scope of these forums. It would actually help the next user NOT ask this same questions since he might've seen my thread and known that it's going nowhere. Plus, it did 0 harm.

what is my point from PMing you? since you are the big boss here. I thought you should know that customers get frustrated when they are treated like this on a support forum, I have had many similar threads deleted in the past with valid questions and I wanted to complain but I didn't know to who at that time. I wish I knew to contact you... Additionally, I have read many other stories online on this particular matter that Kaspersky Lab Forums deletes users' threads.

Offcourse, my whole complain may or may not mean so much to you. But let me tell you this, if the moderators keep doing this, they are affecting Kaspersky's business vastly as word gets around and people wouldn't want to buy a Kaspersky product knowing that their support deals with user concerns by deleting their threads.

If I had said something offensive to anyone, I would have understood, but I never did!

Anyway, I have moved away from Kaspersky now thanks to your mods and bought an Eset NOD32 license even though I know Kaspersky is better. But Ill live with this. At least if I had a problem, I know the people at Wilder Forums are always there to help and never behave like this!

Regards

To be honest, you truly do come across as spammer, or really annoying at best.
Just an observation.
