kaspersky erroring out

when I turned my computer on today, I had this error message, and clicked 'close' or 'dont send' .. whichever it was.. and the K icon in my taskbar went grey.. and a balloon tip came up asking if i wanted to restart kaspersky.. so I clicked it.. and it restarted.

but I got the error again in a few minutes.. I tried restarting to see if that would solve he problem but it's still doing it.

any ideas what's causing this? ..I haven't installed anything new that I'm aware of.

Yeah, my experience too.
They have a simple fix for that on their website. You can look it up hwre:

You turn off a feature, run a small executable, ten turn the feature on again. Simple, clean, easy.

Thnx for the feedback... I was wondering what's going wrong but I didn't give much of attention because it happened only once..

Install the latest version, if you haven't already: http://www.kaspersky.com/productupdates They just did an update to the program as a whole. Mine had the problem, and so did the Kaspersky AV6 installation over at work.
