...I remember her..best female vocalist to come along in the last 50 years. Under rated in life and death. She had the vocal projection and range of Judy Garland but a much more melodic tonal quality..yes I miss her too...

I remember on a episode of Barnaby Jones, Barnaby question some bikers and asked if they listen to acid rock and they all responded no man we listen to the Carpenters.

well cept the carpenters music has stood the test of time. new kids... that died where it died.
