Where do I buy it? I see their site is in Russia and I don't feel safe with letting my credit card number out.

I also want to know if the Personal Pro is worth the extra $20 or so more than the standard personal.

Digital River does the CC processing so yes I think it's safe.
Pro does not really have any advantage to the home user.
