The Royals suck, but Kauffman Stadium is amazing, probably one of the coolest stadiums there is in the MLB...

there are a few casinos if you like that sorta thing. if you do, head to the ameristar, its by far the best...also has a good buffet.

if you like a good steak, head down to Plaza III in the "plaza" area of KC (just ask someone, they will know). but the steak will set you back $40-50.

75th Street Brewery at 75th and Warnell. Brewpub with great beer. Have breakfast one day at Firstwatch...95th and Metcalf in O.P. Have some good BBQ (not KC Masterpiece). Fiorella's at 95th and Metcalf or Martin City. J. Gilberts for fine dining and a good steak. The Plaza is a nice place to shop (expensive) and Westport is great for the nightlife.
