Same as yours except I'm not pulling it out of my ass.

And ofcourse there's a shit ton of these guys too (not all latino who think there will be a special clause just for them because they're the good immigrants):

Again, can you show the data that proves your claim Kamala lost all those voters from 2020 from the left, vs more moderates who voted against Trump then. That's the million dollar question and I would love to know the answer, and you seem to know it. SO WHERE IS YOUR DATA!

One thing I read a lot of its that Trump is going to just kick out the "right" people and not them, their families, or people they know who are "hard workers" or who have been here for years. They support Trump and they believe that some kind of moral judgement about their character the admin makes is going to take care of them. So basically they are making an emotional choice on something where the risk of being wrong plausibly carries extremely severe consequences.

Homan said they will focus on criminals and natl security threats first.

After that, all bets are off.
Like we should really trust them from the start? These people consider all undocumented immigrants as criminals (hence, the "illegal" branding).

I'm not saying that at all. Only that that Homan clip is probably what they're referring to/hoping for.

Trump +11 with vets...and that's before he installs his loyalists within the military.

Remember when you all said the military doesn't support him? I bet they would gleefully fire upon us all.

The best time to have built more housing was to start yesterday. The next best time is to start now.
I really dont like the tax policy in Minnesota, but one thing I will say: in Minneapolis, apartments are popping up everywhere, it is amazing how many apartments are being built. Rents are do seem to be rising relatively slowly, and other parts of the country that were relatively cheaper seem to be catching up. Unfortunately, even with a rapidly increasing supply, prices are not going down, but they do seem to be rising relatively slowly.

The changes Minneapolis made were very successful in building housing, slowing rent growth and reducing homelessness relative to the rest of the state. Making more housing just works period.

I can get past people opening their doors and inviting in starving leopards. Like, i get that.

But is that person wearing a Trump hat that has Trump-hair as a part of it?

God damn.

I've boiled it down to this.

I don't give a flying fuck if a trump voter suffers the consequences of a trump policy. Zero fucks given.

I still support Democratic policies that support all Americans no matter who you voted for.

But if anyone starts complaining about the effects of Trump's presidency. I'll be like who'd you vote for. Oh Trump? Well ha ha, fuck you, moving on.

also, like I said, the point was simply - if liz fucking cheney can cross party lines to endorse Kamala, then anybody could. I think you keep missing that point. But maybe that's just because people are dumb - because it seems not many got it.
I don't think it's too smart to tamp down enthusiasm in your base by parading around a right wing lunatic that everyone hates. Stuff like that makes it easier for people to just think the two parties are the same bullshit and stay home on election day.

Like I said. People are dumb. I did honestly overestimate the intelligence of left of center folks though that is for shit sure. I realized that as I was arguing with many of them on social media in the last 3 months. Just straight up many of them are just fucking morons

Because I did tell you so about 2000 times in the migrants thread.. this issue is a trip wire and it's turning hardcore dems into Trumpers.

More than polls you should just *listen* to people..

And ofcourse there was Gaza.

I heard more dems complain about Kam than I heard never trumpers or trumpers!

Maybe I underestimated sexism but that played a part too!
Giving truth to the phrase "scratch a liberal and a fascist bleeds", I see.
"We need a strongman to save us from these immigrants" (even though the strongman is the one who killed the border deal)

That's one of the few bad ideas of Trump's where it's all just talk. Mainly because he wants illegal immigration since it's cheap labor for him and his criminal buddies. Trump literally hires illegals and build the wall was just a slogan. He never tried to actually build it and saved the fight for it when the Democrats took congress and it was impossible. Then he shut down the government over the wall he never wanted built just so he could climb up on the cross and play victim to his base.

If that's what people took from Cheney's endorsement or campaigning ... I don't know what to tell them. I'd probably have to ask them who ties their shoes.

~75% of registered voters who actually vote probably don't understand how government works, or how rich and powerful individuals can corrupt the government to give themselves more money and more power.

I think it's the people who disagree with me who need to put up evidence to contradict that statement.

That’s pretty much how I’ve been feeling. It’s not great I’ll admit, because we should be rooting for all of our citizens. But yeah, I mean with what we know and how some of these people voted, I just don’t care for the excuses and complaining that will come from Trumps’ policies.

The shitty thing is is that these these policies are gonna hurt all of us too. It’s inescapable. Unless you’re making hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.

Are you even trying to make any sense any more? Yes, Bin Laden was assassinated because he perpetrated 9/11. We didn't "murder" him in the criminal sense. What's the fucken point of this comparison? Assassinating Soleimani was not universally accepted as legal.

Nobody has yet accused DJT of criminal murder. But you actually said he's never instigated a killing. That's arguably true, but he incited an insurrection at the Capitol that did result in some deaths of Americans.

Meanwhile, DJT tried to invite the Taliban to Camp David for a signing ceremony before his advisers told him that wasn't a great idea. I can't believe you're trying to tell us that as bad as DJT is, he may not have been all bad. 🤣 🤣

OK, Trump is all bad. Are you satisfied now? Your argumentative attitude is offensive.
