There's a dilemma, really, in that it feels distasteful to hope for someone's death (and is also probably against some kind of etiquette for civil discourse, or just forum rules, to speak of such things). And yet as long as Supreme Court Justice appointments are for _life_ there's really no other way to address a wish for someone to be gone. God's term limits are the only "term limit" they have. This is an important feature of fascism. If you permit undesirables to leave, there's less to deal with when you try to round them up, and fewer to speak out since the only ones left either don't want them there, or are of too low status or resources to do anything about it.
