Yes.

But... Intel specs say slightly different things.

HD Graphics 610 and 630 support 4096×2160 60 Hz in https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/w.../graphics-overview.html#editorialTableBlade-2

HD Graphics 610 and 630 as part of processor specifications says 4096×2304 60 Hz: http://ark.intel.com/products/97143/Intel-Pentium-Processor-G4560-3M-Cache-3_50-GHz

And you probably already know you need DisplayPort 1.2 to support 4K 60 Hz.

Yes, but only at 4K30 via HDMI 1.4. If you want 4K60 out of the iGPU, you need a mobo with DP output, and you need to use an (active) DP-to-HDMI2.0 converter, such as the Club3D model (popular). That's what I'm doing, with some G4600 CPUs.

Either that, or get a GTX 1050 or RX 460 for display output purposes.
