K8T Neo2-FIR temp monitoring

The bios reports and the speedfan data is reporting temps that are really high on my K8T Neo2 FIR (939)...i am quite confident that the heatsink and fan are properly installed. Is anyone else having similar problems?
 
I have read that many people are having problems with teh NVidias, but I ordered an MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum because all you need to due is flash the BIOS if that is the problem to correct it. For some reason the BIOS makes the system display the wrong temp, oh well.
