ok 3 leds stay on on the d-bracket (red)

one stays green and the system doesnt post... does anyone have any ideas what is happening?
 
Look in the manual and find out what that led combination means .... i know its in there somewhere because i was just recently dealing with an MSI board and had to find the led codes in the manual.
