I posted this over in the Motherboard forum but no one has responded.

This is my second MB of this make and model and I now have the same problem I did with the old one. I have my DSL connected to the Marvel LAN port and whenever it recieves a ping from the DSL modem it boots the computer. The Marvel LAN ROM is disabled in the BIOS and I have flashed to the latest version. This is really driving me nuts.

In the bios under power management, you have to turn off 'wake on lan'.

I do not have that specific option but I already checked to make sure that everything that can wake the system is disabled.

I had the same problem but on a different board. I had to go in Config Pannel, System, Hardware, then in my Ethernet card properties, in the power tab.
