K8N Neo2 Platinum overclocking HELP

Call me an idiot but I cannot get the board to overlcock. I am trying to set the RAM lock @ 133MHz, FSB to 250, and multiplier at the default 9. The clock speeds regardless of what I set the system to, stays @ 1810... Any ideas? Thanks...
