K8N Neo2 Platinum and Athlon 64 Compatible?

I currently have an AMD Athlon 64 3400+ socket 939 processor. I was wondering if anyone knows if the K8N Neo2 Platinum MB and this processor will be compatible, considering I originally had this processor bundled with an ASUS A8V Deluxe socket 939 motherboard and found out this MB and CPU were not compatible...

Well a socket 939 cpu should be compatible with a socket 939 board.. i men thats what they are made for right?

If you are refering to the new Winchester model (90nm), then a Neo2 should have no problem booting it up. My Neo2 came with v1.2 bios already on it and it loaded up just fine the first time. I flashed it to 1.3 just to be safe and have had no problems with it recognizing the cpu.
