k8n neo2 cmos confusion

Picked up this board from mwave and its not posting. I think they forgot to put the cmos jumper back on normal (had them do the cpu install). Is pin 1 closer to the pci slots? The manual makes it look like its south of the pci slots not north. And the motherboard have the lettering and a 1 closer to the pci slot. I don't want to just try it if its wrong.

No, Pin 1 of the CMOS Reset (JBAT1) is the pin nearest the mobo edge. Pin 3 is closest to PCI Slot 5.
