New MSI bios says it supports
"K8 CPU Rev. D 939-Pin 128-bit". What is this beast?

128-bit memory bus, as in dual channel ddr. not a 128bit proccessor. they list the memory bus with the cpu because the memory controller is on the die of the cpu.

marketing my friend. Use the biggest number you can find.
