k7vta3 wont power on

I have a brand new k7vta3 and i cant get it power on. Occasionally it will power on for a split second and the fans will spin, but then it will shut off again. I would say that 95% of the time i hit the power switch nothing happens. I switched out the PSU, so that is not the problem. Anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this?

check every thing that is inserted,plugged, or mounted(could be the mobo is grounded out..testing out of case is proper on that..)..gl and keep us informed
