Make sure the board has the latest BIOS in. Some (faulty) PCI cards also trigger this, occasionally. So does a power supply that is too weak on the +5Vstandby rail. 2 Ampere required.

I had a similar problem with whole rooms full of computers when Windows 2000 came out. I found that if I removed the lan card from the boot priority list, it solved the problem. Just a little tickle from lan traffic was turning them on. And I know what you're thinking... =\

You sure its the WOL problem ?, dont see a reason for WOL packet being sent randomly on the network. My friend's pci - modem use to start the comp. anytime a phone call came thru. WOM ? lol.

And for WOL option, usually the avanced options or pheriperal options have it (I dont have this mobo). If you cant find it, you might wanna try upgrading the bios.

I had this happen 1 month ago with a system I built for myself.

Always check for viruses and spyware.

My problem turned out to be a Power Management setting in the BIOS and windows.
