Will a Slot A T-Bird 800 work on this board.. ?? It works on my FIC SD-11...

Perhaps, but don't count on it. The sd-11 has the amd 750 chipset and is compatible with the t-birds. K7v uses the via kx133 and sometimes work with lower clocked t-birds, sometimes not.
