K7V Bios help

I tried to flash the bios, I did it with the Update utility that comes on the CD for the mother board. everything seemed to work. It downloaded the new bios, it erased, and appeared to install the new bios. it then said for me to reboot and go into the bios and reset it.

I rebooted but nothing happend it just stopped. No beeps, no lights, nothing.

am i basically screwed?

Hm, yeah thats pretty much what i thought from what i remembered from all those computer repair classes i took way back in the day. thanks for your help.

guess i'll upgrade the board and such...
