K7t pro2: help setting up

I just got my new k7t pro2. The Bios cannot auto-detect the hard drives at all [i tried 3 different hard drives: 30GB Maxtor, 10GB Maxtor..] I did adjust the jumpers on the hard drives. What should I do?

Be sure you are plugging into the ata66 port 1, then also be sure the blue end of the cable is to the motherboard. Drives should be set for auto in the bios, configured for master or slave as necessary.

Where is the Ata66 port 1? is another name for it IDE 1?
