K7S5A Problem

I have the following in my system:

Win 2K Pro
IE 6
all updates/service packs

Lite-on 300W powersupply (the one from the OEM Server pull directron.com deal)
ECS K7S5A
Athlon 1.4 T-bird
ATI AIW Radeon AGP --- drivers off CD, latest drivers from ati.com give me an error about not being able to perform a remote function or something why trying to start the installation wizard

Linksys 10/100 NIC
LG 4x4x32x CDRW
MAxtor 80GB 7200 rpm ATA133 HD 8mb cache

just added adaptec 2940-uw + Pioneer 303s, but I was having these problems before installing these.

I can't see jpgs, they're all scrambled for some reason. I've installed the AIW card in another system, and it worked fine. I'm not sure what the problem is, do any of you wizards out there have any idea?

What OS? Might try updating IE and see if it will work. Do you have the latest drivers?
