K7 Master and Sisoft memory benchmark...

With DDR RAM, I should be getting above that of the KT133A PC133 reference, right? So...why am I not, and what can I do?

K7 Master (AMD 761)
VIA 4in1 4.32
AGP mini-port 5.22
256MB CL 2.5 PC2100 DDR RAM
pretty much stock BIOS settings. No tweaks done yet, timing by SPD.
