First of all the Processor is a 450. And you can OC it to 600 and with a good Heatsink/Fan you'll never worry about heat, because as it is this thing puts out VERY LITTLE. Its supposed to be used in Laptops therefore less heat is a must!
Secondly, It has ***256k L2 on-chip Cache***. Any K6-2 systems will be completely blown away. As someone mentioned up to a 75% noticable increase over a K6-2 450 system. And since you can OC it to 600 pretty smoothly you can definately push it over.
Last thing, the K6-3+ chips recognize the 2x multiplier as 6x. So even if your board wasn't designed to run 6x you can set it to 2x and benchmark the processor. at 2x setting, 100mhz you should see it run at 600mhz.
