darn just installed it... it dones' work with my insprion 4100... i guess is the speed... since my system is pc133, and the memory is
pc100, but i don't think it should creat a problem tho .. hmm..

your system is pc133, but the memory is pc100?

No its not going to work (unless the memory is capable of pc133, but labeled as pc100, unlikely if you ask me)
 
Im sure memory is backward compatible, but your backward is a bit backwards:

PC100 memory will run at PC66
PC133 memory will run at PC100
PC66 memory will generally not run at PC100
PC100 memory will generally not run at PC133

but thats a great deal for IOpeners...
