Justified Jerkitude.

I was ready to walk out of the bathroom stall and wash my hands

Inside the stall next to me, a mobile phone rang. The gentleman in said stall answered it and proceeded to have a rather loud conversation.

I did not leave my stall and I proceeded to flush the toilet, crumple up a few toilet seat covers and shuffle my belt around (I unzipped again and dropped my pants) so the buckle would hit the side of the stall.

Unless the conversation started with; ",... what hospital,... are you OK!? Is Timmy OK!?!? Honey? Honey!?", I was not going to allow this man to have a quiet conversation. Fella, slide it to VM, take care of it after you are done dropping a deuce.

Anyone else have any tales of Justified Jerkitude??

No, I'm not that passive-aggressive. If it's important, I'll handle it directly. Someone talking too loud in public? I'll just deal with it for the 90 seconds it takes to squeeze my loaf.

Hey Newell, any relation to Cleveland Steamer?
heyooooooooo.

I do wonder now about your user name, if it's loaf related.

That is why I have trouble pooping at work unless I go to the floor with all the lawyers (because they are barely there, and all their help uses the other restroom).

I could understand if you need quiet to take your crap, but you were already done. I don't get why you think you need to "allow" a quiet conversation. I personally wouldn't want someone on the other end of a phone hearing bathroom sounds, but as a bystander I could care less.

I bet the op is the type that sees a car parked in the back away from the other cars, and then decides to park next to it. TPADIAT.

I condone the OP's actions. The mensroom is not a place to make or take phone calls. Excessive flushing and bathroom noises warranted.

You must have been in the same bathroom I was in this afternoon OP. Sorry, can't stand when someone is talking on the phone in the restroom. Rarely is something that important that you need to talk with someone on the phone while you are taking a dump.

Taking a dump is wasted time.

I still don't know how it affects you? Are you worried someone is going to post "CPA WAS TAKING A CRAP NEXT TO ME!!!!"

I don't use my phone in a restroom for calls unless an emergency.

Thread backfire.
