I misread the intent of your original post because it seemed you implied it was. I'm sure Clarence Thomas can still get it up without a boner pill to drill his wife, provided his penis can surpass the mounds of fat.

I'm going to say now that the art classes I took involved sketching nudes. It gave me an appreciation for the human form and now, and now that I have envisioned Ginnie on the dais nude, with the vision of her trailing a three foot length of toilet paper that's stuck between her gristly lipoma riddled butt cheeks, I am going to demand a refund from the instructor for having given me the ability to seek out and explore the possibilites of how the human form can be interpreted in creative ways.

I never had to do art but I would take the fail grade if it was anything as you describe here.

side-topic: I modeled for drawing/painting classes for a few years at the UW. Easiest $25/hr I ever "worked for", lol. I was one of three models and I would sit in and draw the other models when I wasn't on the rotation. One of the other models was a rather obese woman in her 30s.

The three of us were quite varied in our size, shape, and forms. Exactly what you'd want in an art course, especially on drawing or painting human anatomy and figures.

I bet it was a charming site to behold. The lardy rolls and sweat glistening off of that human porker next to your family jewels hanging low enjoy to scrape the ground and all the lads knowing that is what will happen to them in future.

Honestly this guys legacy when he dies will really be something. I'm pretty sure there'll be no crowds coming to see his body...

Hard to say IMHO. Conservatives worship and fetishize stranger things, and Thomas will likely end up on their mantle of pioneers for all the fuckery he's done and assisted in.

Actually I have a hunch it might be one of the few funerals that WBC shows up to not protest.
Yeah, those really are some of the trashiest, most intentionally offensive for no reason fuckknuckled groups of shitheels that serve no purpose other than trolling people.

You are misjudging Republicans, they are trying to get a statue of him to put in the capital here in GA

NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Remember the investigation into the Dobbs leak? They were all pitchforks and torches when a staffer was suspected. Then someone reminded Roberts nobody questioned the justices under oath. Clearly a half ass job.

The Senate Judiciary Committee needs to do their own investigation and bring Thomas in for questioning under oath.

Justices not questioned in Dobbs leak

Senate Dems urge Roberts investigate Thomas

Looks like Crow was putting money directly in Thomas' pocket and Thomas did not report it, an explicit violation of the law.

While Thomas is trying to falsely weasel-word his way out of the other reporting for PR purposes, this example of Howe making direct payment to Thomas for real estate is a very much black and white reporting obligation - that Thomas failed to meet.

Such a failure to file or a false filing falls under USC 13104, with associated penalties in USC 13106, both civil and criminal:
(1) Civil Actions. - The Attorney General may bring a civil action in any appropriate United States district court against any individual who knowingly and willfully falsifies or who knowingly and willfully fails to file or report any information that such individual is required to report pursuant to section 13104 of this title. The court in which such action is brought may assess against such individual a civil penalty in any amount, not to exceed $50,000.

(2)Violations and penalties.—
(A)Violations.—It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly and willfully—
(i) falsify any information that such person is required to report under section 13104 of this title; and
(ii) fail to file or report any information that such person is required to report under section 13104 of this title.
(B)Penalties.—Any person who—
(i) violates subparagraph (A)(i) shall be fined under title 18, imprisoned for not more than 1 year, or both; and
(ii) violates subparagraph (A)(ii) shall be fined under title 18.

Now will the Attorney General actually do his job... extremely unlikely (particularly given that this Supreme Court will almost certainly rule that these Watergate-era protections are unconstitutional as related to the Supreme Court)

Yes I do think the most likely outcome of an action against him is for the Supreme Court to declare that it is immune from all ethics laws.

They should bring it anyway just to force them to do it as it will further undermine the legitimacy of the court and make it easier to expand it in the future.

JFC… what is the current statistical life expectancy age in this piece of shit country?!

Because when I read more shit like this I really don't want to reach it.

I’m a 63 year old white male with a chronic illness. I don't really have any vices, I enjoy things in moderation. But fuck that! I'm gonna start partying my ass off!

God dammit!

Well, we know that a president can be convicted and run for office, so, are we at stalemate again?
