I'm a bit surprise this hasn't already been posted.

The US DoJ has finished its probe and declined to file charges. This goes for both AMD and NVIDIA.

Well good...lol I don't think AMD could have afforded whatever fines/settlements were set.

I think AMD would have been ok, and of course, so would Nvidia. Unfortunately, they would both make it up by passing the fee on down to consumers via higher card prices. A big 'ol *phew* for all of us.
