ok. heres the story.

it takes place on a 4 lane road. 2 going each way.

i was going to make a left turn. on the other side another car was going to make a left turn. we are both stopped.
i am sitting in my car, and the other car is a big suv type thing.. we both sat there. the oncoming traffic looked clear. so i went ahead and made a left turn. as soon as i started my turn. and Yukon in the other lane, incoming, came both the parked suv and nailed me.

its my fault. but my vision was obstructed.

the yukon that hit me was from the firedepartment. prolly going like 35mph. that thing is a beast.

You ARE the person who totalled my car. About a month and a half ago, I was going straight through an intersection, and some bitch coming the opposite way turned left directly in front of me (she claimed she couldn't see around the car (the "big SUV type thing" you call it) and I had no choice but to T-bone her at 25 mph.

You are at fault. My car was totalled by that dumb bitch, and you're lucky the Yukon wasn't going faster.

Sometimes it takes awhile to start hurting. I got severe whiplash years ago, and didn't know it until maybe 8 hours later.

Yup, when I was in my accident my hand was on the horn and was whipped back by the airbag. It didn't hurt except for the airbag burn at first, but the next day it was extremely sore.

However, that soreness went away permanently after a couple days. Don't worry too much about it - if you have problems with movement though, see a doctor.
