Here's the deal:
The only way out involves cement and a body of water. Don't make us send you out.

Thanks.

Welcome, and enjoy your stay, just be yourself, and treat this place as you would if you were among friends. Some people tend to think of this place as a "virtual" reality, and somehow it gives them a shield from the actual reality. What they failed to realize is that this connects to their physical beings and mentally as well, but they're delusional to start with, so ignore them.

You'll also notice that this place is crawling with gramar and seplling police. Their sole purpose in life is to seek out and correct any and all spellings a grammar mistakes someone might have inadvertently made, for lack of other interesting activities. There are also abused and neglected childs that need attention, who would like to be rude to others, just because this is the only place that they can project a persona that's impossible for them elsewhere (read, real life). You'll learn to ignore them fast.

Other than that, this is a fun place to be, nothing and everything happening at once. Just be careful, there's another "special" group of secret agents called the "repost police". They're double agents, so you don't know when or where one will pop up, just remember to cover your six, and the search button is your friend.

The one reason I like ATOT is that you can always find someone who is truly an expert in whatever your issue is. Yes, you have to weed through the pretenders and wanna-bes, but ask around and you can find attorneys, IT wizs, mortgage brokers, realtors, accountants, car mechanics, home remodelers, graphic artists and many others who really know their sh!t. I rarely go to another site because I can usually find the answer here.

I've gotten my lawyer of this site, a person to design my company's logo, and if Vic's company would sell in Texas, I would refinance my mortgage with an ATOT member. :p

Tell you what, I'll make you my bitch and protect you from those big scary boys just waiting for a piece of your newbie ass.

Seriously though, welcome to the festering cesspool known as ATOT. Don't be a dumbass and you'll do just fine. I highly advise staying out of any thread that involves religion, gays, drugs or just about anything else that immediately polarizes the members on ATOT, unless you like beating your head against a brick wall defending your position.

Be prepared to wonder just what Fausto's obsession with thongs is, what OMGWTFBBQ means, whether you're a nef or not, who the mods are and myriad other pieces of ATOT arcana. :D

Sure we got cliques here...
The REPOST, Spelling and Grammar nazis had a barbeque with the people who always reply OMGWTFBBQ
The Religious people bashed on the Gay Rights people
You got those who only post YAGT's, and billions of them (i.e. skywalker66)
You got those who wont finish stories involving hotties and spiders (syringer)
.... and many others.

Im sure you'll fit right in, and if you don't... well, we will rip you to shreds so it wont matter. :p
Enjoy your stay.

You forget, of course, RossMAN's wheeling and dealing, Aimster's useless drivel, RedDawn (needs no introduction), Syringer's spider antics, Confused's carputer, luvly's mistakes, drag & n0cmonkey's endless helpful posts, Anubis being, well, Anubis, Bruteskends' jokes.... many many people I've left out :D
