yea, my neighbor has this annoying toddler that cries all the time. i'm thinking of lacing the baby food with arsenic.

Man I really feel for this thread starter, he is obviously a very resonable person yet she will do nothing.
I have neighbors that are kiddy corner across the street that had a barker, luckily a few stare downs
with the owner has stopped the problem 100%, he must have beat that dog into submission because now
its does not make a peep.
