Just what exactly is my VIVO capable of.....?

I have a Radeon VIVO SE, but I haven't really used the VIVO capabilities at all. As a result, I don't really know what it's capable of. So here's a list (I know some things it can't do, I just don't know which ones):

1.) Could I hook up an external DVD player to it and watch movies on my computer?

2.) If number 1 is possible, could I then rip the movies on to my hard drive as a vcd file or something?

3.) Can I watch TV on my computer?

4.) Can I use my computer as a VCR (i.e. record TV programs onto my hard drive)?

Thanks in advance for any answers to my ignorant questions
