Just watched The Prestige

Wow... I did not see that coming at the end. Twist after twist..

One of the best movies I've seen, easily.

I have one question. Was Bale's twin really a twin? Or does he use the machine that Tesla made earlier, and keep that clone?

I didn't think that Bale ever used the machine, I thought he had a natural twin.

It would be a better plot twist if he was using the first clone.

Bale's twin was really his twin.

I enjoyed The Prestige a lot. Definitely one of the better movies to have come out lately.

oh wow...maybe. I really never thought of that.

Ya, batman did tell wolverine about tesla in that slip of paper.

Then again, that other guy was there in the movie from nearly the beginning of the movie.

A real twin. They had elaborate exposition explaining this (or flashbacks?). The twin cut off the finger and everything. Tesla told Jackman's char that the prior machine he made didn't do anything.

Hmmm...I'm going to have to watch it again and see if that appears plausible, but I certinaly never thought of it.

FWIW...put a "SPOILERS" warning of some sort in the title.

There is a rumor that Christian Bales wants Solid Snake's role in the Metal Gear movie. I thought the movie would be another disaster but it would be intriguing with Bale.

The movie was good but the I didn't like the tesla machine towards the end ... wasn't really magic to me.

The Illusionist was disappointing for me. I thought they would use real illusions and not resort to computer simulation to illustrate the various tricks.
