Looks pretty good, you might want to try cleaning up the logo on the site, it looks like it got blown up so its pixelated. Also play around with different font sizes and colors, its probably good enough now but it could be a little more readable

Get rid of the header in your body area, get rid of the menu in your header area.


edit: oh... get rid of the splash page, too. It's bad ettiquite.

Looks much better, but its an "off the rack" free template for Joomla.

P.S. Optimize your pics, a 150x150 pic should not be 250K.
