DISCLAIMER : DO NOT email, PM, or ICQ me for this crap or ask me how to get it to work or where to find it. And no, I do not condone useage of such crap

:Q :Q :Q

goddamn that thing was interesting. I only play UT occasionaly at home, single player against bots (my 28.8 net connection is uber-leet and all, but not for online play.. damn I wish I hadnt lost my cable modem) and playing online with it is lame as hell. BUT we have UT tournaments at work like every day. :) :) and I almost always won anyway, but it was reeeel close. man, did I ever suprise them tonite. 'course I told them that I was cheating, and we all had a good laugh and then we played some real action, no cheats

but damn, that thing worked exactly like it was supposed to. I was suprised. and at the same time, disappointed. these things when used online, hurt the gameplay extremely and basically ruin the game until someone finds a way to couter-act the cheats.

but anyways.. back to playing unreal tournament.. I mean.. working. :) :) damn I love my job. getting paid really good cash for playing unreal tourney and surfing the web for 8 hours a day 5 days a week. :)

What line of work are you in?

I am a mainframe computer operator, operating 6 client systems under the OS/390, MVS, VM/ESA platforms, running batch and backups, disaster recovery, etc.

but as long as things are running smooth, I do whatever I want (and having mutiple T3 lines at work makes that well worth it). only exception is when running batch, which depending on the system, only takes a few minutes at a time each day. :)

I love muh job. full time, full benifts @ 18 years old, making more than my dad

I can dig tech, but texas is too far from cali for me.
I guess my new intern system admin position for over 200 clients on a windows 2000 will have to do for now..... BUT I rather get paid for doing it.... not like that way. dirty, dirty mind.

What exactly is an aimbot? My roommate asked about them tonight because he thinks that a lot of the people he's been playing against are using them, because they've been extremely accurate. Is it just checking the 'Auto Aim' option, or something more?

what sux is I'll be walking away from the job this summer and probably moving to austin to go to the largest univeristy in the country, U of Texas, transferring away from angelo st. university where I go now. hopefully I'll find a good job, but I just know that I'll actually have to WORK. :( how depressing.

aimbot takes more than that, had to download an unreal file and edit some scripts, and it basically moved your cursor point right to the enemy's head and followed it. you had to toggle it off to move anywhere or else you just moved around jumpy and couldnt control it since the bot controlled your mouse, but for sniping, it was amazing, like fill up the sniper w/ 50 rounds of ammo, and from ACROSS the map "HEAD SHOT! HEAD SHOT! HEAD SHOT! HEAD SHOT! GOD LIKE! MMMMMONSTER KILL!! MMMMMONSTER KILL!!!"

crazy

At least (hopefully) the UT people will try and fix this. The CSHP patches for example have fixed some aimbots. Unlike the Lame ass people at Valve that let cheats ruin CS

at the place I found this UT bot, I found a few for q3, and TONS of cheats for CS. I've never played CS, but the very fact that there were over like 20 cheats I saw made me never want to try. :Q

and I dont know if I'd enjoy playing q3/ut online either, since there are cheats out there. 'course I guess no game is cheat-free

Cheating sucks.
But you dont get much of it playing on big servers.
I thought that the cheats were patched in the 4.36v.?

Yeh, cheating in CS has become an art. The first time a chicken runs up and shoots you it is funny, but it gets very tired very fast.

Cheats suck. I don't even understand why they do it

Yeah, why cheat guys?? Damn, that ruins the whole purpose of playing the game. Valhalla, I can understand using it out of curiosity against the computer, but people using it online?? WTF??

It's sorta like going out and finding a hooker, taking her home, only to whack yer bird in the bathroom and then tell her to go home without doing anything. What is the purpose of it?? Why??

Damned good analogy, eh??

Cheating is useful once in awhile, like when you just want to show your friend a certain part of the game that was cool ... In an online scenario its really crappy. Especially in a game like UT where you're competing against other players.

cheating is ok, depends on how you use it.

I cheat myself through allmost every single play game I get.

I never cheat while playing online because that totaly destroys the point of playing.
