Just took a pee on my neighbors dog

i just went out to get the mail and right when i stepped outside i saw one of my neighbors, with her dog on a leash, letting it pee on my lawn. yes, right when she saw me come out she tugged on her dog and walked off quickly. I was infuriated, I whipped it out and ran after them, as i sometimes have dog-poop on my lawn that i have to clean up which i suspect could be from her as well, she saw me coming and tried to haul ass but I caught them and soaked that bitch good, its a good thing for them I didnt catch the dog taking a dump, I was locked and loaded if that had been the case 😀

does this warrant a complaint somwhere? im not sure if police action is appropriate :|
