Just switched to firefox...

I just switched to firefox, and after I clear all cookies, cache and history, I can play a quicktime movie. The next time I try it (without clearing), it just says "done" in the corner and it won't play anything. As long as I keep clearing the cache and cookies, it will work, but if I don't, it won't play anything. Does anyone know how to fix this?
