I'm 35 and eat a lot, 4k+ calories a day, many days 6k wouldn't be uncommon. Without working out I never put on lbs really, I might shoot between 200-210 but 210 is the heaviest I've been. I have went to a doctor to get checked for worms or some sort of problem, nothing came back. Since I have a crazy metabolism I'm guessing now I started working out today I'm going to have to do something to not get too small. I want to lose 10 or so lb, but what can I do to keep from dropping lb after that? As it stands I can eat fast food all day long and not put on a pound. I'm worried when I hit 190 I'm really going to have to figure out a way to keep my weight constant while working out. I'm not going for huge muscles, all I'm planning is some jogging, a bit of lifting and some sparring on my boxing machine. I have no problem eating more but I really can't afford to eat more than I already do.
I looked into those mega calorie protein shake mixes as a solution, but what else could I do?
