Awesome. Not as loud as my Z5500's but awesome with the wireless rears. Less clutter, easier wire management and they're clear!

Nice! I love em!

Dare I ask how much you paid?

Did you get in on something similar to the $168 AR price from Amazon?

The digital DIN output?

These would not support that, just the standard digital output from it. You'd only get stereo PCM unless you were playing something DD / DTS encoded.

Cheaper than the Amazon price without rebates brand new. 🙂

Two year replace warranty too. Awesome deal!

I ended up paying a bit more than that 😛. They went on same at Amazon about a week or so after I bought them 🙁.

I've actually had one of my (rear) speakers start randomly cutting out though. I'm a bit curious if it 's because I left it on for too long (the receiver felt a little warm), although it may not have actually been playing anything. I typically use 50/50 headphones/speakers, so it doesn't stay on for too long.

I have the Z5500's and you would have to pry them from my cold dead hands before I will part with them. Love to go with the wireless ones like you have but Im not sure if I can live with the less power, but I have heard it not to far off from what I have as far as sound quality and loudness.
You wouldnt of had time with a 5500 set to give a comparison between the two?

Nice, my friend has those. I really like them. Are there any good deals going on with them at the moment?

The Z5500's are louder but not as clear. The rear sets are awesome, easier install.

I'd take the Z5500's for overall over these but my Z55's were getting old and I couldn't pass up the deal I got for em. Overall good stuff!
