Just setup a wireless router for my house and I have a few problems

Hey guys,

I just setup the netgear MR814 for my house, and I've noticed some strange things about it.
Here is the problem. I leave my computers alone for a few hours, and when I come back, the connections to the internet are very sluggish and often I need to restart internet explorer or outlook before I get any meaningful activity out of my connections. In some cases, I have to restart internet explorer before outlook or I can't connect to my mail server.

Has anyone had problems with this?

One of my computers operates on a USB card, so that might be the problem. What are the ways to fix this problem?

I am not for sure how to fix that, I just know I have had the same problems with USB hard drives, etc. I will ask around at work tomorrow to see what I can find out.
