This is so pointless...
there's no way he's system is anywhere near stable. So what's the point of pumping so many Mhz through your chip?
besides, I'm not 100% sure about the authenticity of those results (even though it says cpu-z validator.)

whatever...

Yep, that's fake. The WR for a Prescott under a -131C cascade is 7.2GHz, and that wasn't even stable enough to get into Windows, much less CPUz. No way a Winchester gets there.

Seeing as the world record for an fx-55 was 4ghz, and that was with some sort of super cooling getting it down to -100, I really doubt that a 3000 got to 7.3 ghz.

??? I'd like to know how he got HTT of over 800mhz on an A8N-SLI? I have the same board and the settings only go to 400mhz. Must have something to do with the crop circles

And what about those memory #'s 517mhz(DDR1032) @ 2.5-2-2-5 ROFL

Let's think about this carefully...

What are the possibilities here?

One is that some how I have cracked cpu-z...as if everybody hasn't already tried to do that and failed. In this case, it would be good for you to know that the system doesn't work and completely pointless for them to take down the results without first making sure that this isn't real and how there has been a work around.

Two obviosly is that there have been a cooling method involving a non electric charge conductive/ Highly heat conductive film that doesn't crack under extreme temps and has been applied to the entire motherboard and placed in LN2 or something like that because the perfomance numbers really are staggering.

Or... what?

LOL! Good one. Anyway, do a little more research and you will find that it's really not anything to do with photoshop. =)

cpuz provides a great and free service. people like you do nothing but ruin the work of others.

You assume first that it's not real.

Even if it were fake, it's important to know that the validation system is flawed if in fact it were. So, I don't see any reason why there is a desire to become hostile in either case. The guys at CPU-Z have know this is not a hack. I'm willing to bet which is why they won't be taking anything down anytime soon.=)

Just because everyone has failed up to now at cracking CPU-z doesn't make it impossible...how many times do you think it took people to crack the algorithm to Windows XP Keys? Rome wasn't created in a night - and neither were cracks...as far as your "method" for getting the processor this far...are you not sure of what method you used? the entire motherboard was "placed in LN2 or something like that" - do you not remember? and third of all - ALL winchesters have a cold bug - none have succesfully been run under LN2 as of yet, the few that don't have such a bad cold bug will work on no more than -20c - -30c. Even the new Venice cores will not post at -100c+ despite their working under vapochill conditions of -50c. AMD still has some quirks with 90nm which are making extreme cooling on a winchester near impossible - so either its faked or....well, its faked.

And how did you manage to circumvent this little speedbump, anyway?

Where are the benches? where's the prime95 torture test?

Unless it's stable 7.2ghz is useless.
