MSN's article stated that his attorney did pull a race card. I linked it in my response.

Jeff Ruby may have some nice steak places but as a person he is kind of an arrogant ass.

A few years ago his son was caught during some drunken college antics (rolling cars/setting fire to property) at the U of Cincy and I think his basic response was along the lines of... eh, college/frat kids just acting crazy...

I valeted his NSX back when i worked in Covington, he tipped well, but word is that hes a hot shot pr1ck.

He was found innocent. The resturant owner needs to get over it.

Over 10 years. Sheesh. Childish

It's not possible to find someone innocent.

Edit-You are either found guilty or not guilty. Not guilty != innocent.

He murdered two people and got off despite the mountain of evidence against him.

I applaud the owner of that restaurant.

The owner is an idiot. I wonder how many convicted felons he has kicked out of his restaurant.

Jeff Ruby's steak places around Cincy are heavily visited by pro athletes; black, white, hispanic, etc. Some dishes are even named after non-cockasians (sic).

OJ's attorney will have a difficult time proving that OJ was evicted because of his race since so many other black patrons have never been asked to leave. Ruby even HAD a picture with OJ hanging in one of his eateries.

Eh I dunno about that, 30% of the public had a favorable view of OJ after his trial. That's more well liked than Dick Cheney, Paris Hilton and Michael Jackson.

Back then he was a well-liked celebrity, and some people didn't want to accept that he killed his wife. Now he's a nobody. I don't think you'll find many OJ Simpson fans today.

He was a well liked celebrity after he got off for killing his wife? I don't think anybody gave 2 shits anymore. That's why this is kinda perplexing.

Guy should have said:

"I have criteria for people allowed in here and murderers don't make the cut. If you don't fit, you must exit."

Although he was found innocent in our court system, that mofo is 100% guilty of the murders.
Anyone who thinks otherwise has below average intelligence (BAI).

If i owned a restaurant, i would not serve him as well.
