Just saw Transformers

I dunno, I got it from netflix earlier this week and I thought it was pretty good. Not great, but not terrible.
 
Maybe at this point it's been hyped for you and it just didn't live up to it? I expected total and utter shit, but was pretty entertained which is why I liked it so much. Not so much GOOD as it was surprising.

Transformers bad? WTF. I LOVE it and can watch it over and over again. Makes me feel like a kid again when i hear cullen's voice.

I was never really into Transformers as a kid, either the toys or the cartoon.

But I get all excited whenever I see one of the Transformers in Bay's movie do their transforming, and whenever they get into combat.
It's just so awe-inspiring. But then again, I am entertained by pure action, and couple that with huge mechanical beasts causing so much mayhem and destruction and explosions everywhere... well, that just gets me all giddy. :laugh: But what can I say... I like explosions and carnage.

And the big thing I love about Bay's style, is between the music and the sweeping panorama shots of his style, it always created a humble patriotic feeling, a "go america! kick those alien asses!" 😀
