The explosion in that movie was possibly one of the best explosions I've ever seen. Sweet ass explosion... Sweet ass halle berry's ass...

heh, her boobs are on screen for a couple seconds:p bad scene i guess.. cuz it wasn't that sexy. other scenes show off her ass well..so basically the boob shot was a missed opportunity:p i mean common, atleast have her walking around"giggle giggle" :)

it was a cool movie.
not the best, but still worth seeing if you like going to the movies.

the first 60second hack scene was quite a feat :)

The first reviews were terrible. Most say the whole thing was so unbelieveable.
Boobs was 5 sec.
The opening scene took 3 MONTHS to shoot!
Looking at Travolta just reminds me of Scientology, he should not have been so public about that.

the "best" part of the movie was maybe a minute long

$8/minute?? Nope, I am not that rich yet, I'll pass!

I was also bothered by Travolta's hairstyle. I mean, it looked like the redneck video game freak's hair in the BlockBuster video commercial. And besides Halle's brief T&A scene and "the 60 second hack-and-blow", there was NO lovemaking scene. None.

halle was great as usual... the movie, however, was kinda weak, nothing really special, but nor it sucked hardcore ala the pearl tearjerker (tears for my $6.00) harbor. i kinda liked the m249 in action tho :D

I cant justify $8-9 for two lame hours of entertainment.. call me cheap, but its just lame..

The actors/actresses do a few hours of fairly simple work, and make millions.. It doesnt make sense. Societies priorities are truely screwed up.

You've obviously never tried it. Give filmmaking a real try sometime and you'll see how easy it is.

YES I SAW IT LAST NIGHT!

it was OK. it wasn't fabulous, but it wasn't a waste of money either.

i was hoping that this movie would be different and use an operating system that's actually on the market (like linux or something). i think the os *looked* like linux, not sure though.

i wish they'd make these hacker movies more realistic. like when he was making that virus, he was compiling the objects graphically....uhhh, when does that ever happen?

anyone notice how all the computers were DELL? even the server machines at the bank were dell.

hehe
not bad movie though

You guys when you will ever learn.

Stop bashing movies like this on technical details. They will never get it right. Look at Anti-trust. They bloody well had Linus Torvalds helping them and they still screwed up most of the tech stuff.

I'm as big a geek as the next guy and I'd love to see them get the tech stuff right, but it just won't happen.

So just sit back relax and enjoy the movie and stop picking it apart on those details.

Now that said I haven't seen the movie. It may still be terrible, or it may be good. But you have to get past the technical details.

overall, it was a decent movie. the car chase scenes and shooting scenes were pretty nice.

and that awesome explosion at the beginning with the steel ball barings (spelling?) was really nice.

Caught a 10 PM showing last night. My thoughts:

- The infamous $500,000 DingleBerry scene - Blech. She's not attractive with clothes on, & it's worse with them off.
- The technical stuff - Screwed up, of course. What do you expect, honestly?
- The "Hack & Blow" scene, as it was so delicately put. I know I couldn't do it, but I'd like to try. "She's good, isn't she?"
- DingleBerry - Blech.
- The opening scene, & it's re-play later - Kickass! One of the best scenes I've ever seen, the footage is amazing. This part alone made the $7 worth it.
- The car - What was it? Is it even a production vehicle, or was it created for the movie? whatever it was it was gorgeous. NFS4?
